Beth Stavola
Beth Stavola is a female entrepreneur and the Founder and CEO of Stavola Medical Marijuana Holdings, Health for Life Inc, GreenMart of Nevada, and CBD For Life. She runs a thriving cannabis business, which includes processing, growing and dispensing in both Arizona and Nevada. Her current overall operation consists of two Dispensary licenses, two Production licenses, and four Cultivation licenses in the state of Arizona operated under the Health for Life brand; as well as three medical marijuana licenses in Las Vegas, Nevada under the GreenMart of Nevada brand. Her beauty and wellness brand CBD For Life is available throughout the country and provides customers with the benefits of cannabinoids, while avoiding unwanted psychoactive effects.
Beth has successfully established the Health for Life brand from inception to significant sales/cash flow within 5 years’ time. She maintains one of the most stellar compliance records in the state of Arizona, receiving a 100% score on the last several state compliance audits. Given this record, Beth was able to establish a banking relationship for Health for Life, which is a challenge for most businesses in the cannabis industry. Health for Life is one of the most recognized brands of cannabis dispensary, cultivation, and processors in Arizona. Beth is also the owner of Melting Point Extracts (MPX), which has become an extremely well respected and sought after brand in Arizona and Nevada. MPX recently won the Phoenix New Times Best Concentrates of 2016 and the 2016 Jack Herrer Cup in Las Vegas. They specialize in hydrocarbon, CO2, and solvent less extractions to offer a wide and diverse selection of high quality cannabis concentrates.
In February 2015, Beth launched CBD for Life, a company that produces highly innovative, natural, luxurious, and effective Cannabidiol (CBD) infused pain management and beauty products using 99% pure CBD extract derived from stems and stalks of industrial hemp. She learned about the healing properties of CBD after she infused the compound with essential oils to create a rub that would help manage her chronic back pain due to scoliosis. As a wonderful side effect of using the rub, Beth noticed a significant improvement, clearing, and softening of her skin. After months of extensive research she and her team met with a chemist to create the luxurious formulations, and two years later, CBD for Life was born. CBD for Life is headquartered in New Jersey where the products are produced in a large-scale contract manufacturing facility. All products are 95% naturally derived and are free of GMO’s, parabens, phthalates, formaldehyde, artificial coloring and are never tested on animals. Since the launch CBD for Life has received rave reviews from prominent beauty publications, bloggers, and clients.
Beth is also a founding partner of GEM, the German Extraction Method. She participated in a pilot project in Germany growing hemp while processing out the THC, leaving pure CBD. Her company CBD For Life has participated in several CBD research conferences including the CannaTech conference in Israel.
Beth was named one of the leading medical cannabis expert entrepreneurs on the floor of the House of Representatives in 2014 by Congresswoman Dina Titus. She holds a BS in Finance and Economics from Monmouth University and spent most of her Wall Street career at Jefferies and Company. The medical cannabis business was an investment initially that transformed into her life's true passion to holistically help others and create a lucrative business at the same time.
Knowing that women-owned businesses are the minority, Beth continues to sponsor organizations that promote and elevate women in the cannabis business. She resides in New Jersey with her family and is proud to be the mother of 6 children.
Beth was recently awarded a Baltimore County, MD dispensary license and plans to open her Maryland dispensary in 2017. Future expansion plans include Pennsylvania in 2017 and continued ongoing analysis for new state growth.
