Our mission is to combine deep pharmaceutical experience, top physicians and medical cannabis experts to deliver compassionate patient care and produce the highest quality products.
Unsurpassed Patient Access and Security
In choosing our locations, patient access to care was our number one concern. All of our locations can be reached using public transportation with stops within one block, are easily accessible to major highways and feature on-site parking – ensuring every patient has convenient, easy and equal access to high quality care.
Creating safe and secure environments for patients, staff and community members is at the heart of our philosophy. Industry leading practices, adopted from our experienced affiliates, are in place at each of our locations.
Compassionate Care in Clinical Settings
We are dedicated to the production of the highest quality medical cannabis products and treatment for patients in need.
A Safer Alternative for Pain Management
Medical cannabis provides a safer alternative to opioids for physicians and communities. States with medical cannabis laws have experienced a 35% reduction in opioid prescriptions and a nearly 25% drop in deaths from opioid overdoses. Elemental Health Group stands apart in being immediately prepared to help Pennsylvanians share in those benefits.

Our Vision
Operational Excellence
With an approach built on best practices and professionalism, Elemental Health Group sets the standard in Pennsylvania - from seed to symptom relief. Rigorous quality control standards, designed by our operating partners’ existing medical cannabis locations, are complemented by our extensive pharmaceutical manufacturing experience to establish best practices for the emerging Pennsylvania industry.
Top Doctors Demystifying Medical Cannabis
Having spent decades in various roles within healthcare, we know that having top doctors communicate the medicinal value of cannabis directly to their peers is critical to making the Pennsylvania industry successful. That’s why EHG has assembled a team of the most capable, respected messengers available, led by Dr. Phillip Sasso - our Chief Medical Officer and the leader of one of Pennsylvania's largest pain management practices.

Seed to Symptom Relief
Our Impact
Creating Local Jobs, A Diverse Workforce & Family Sustaining Careers
In addition to providing care, EHG is dedicated to making the communities in which we operate stronger. We’ve reached a Pennsylvania industry first by establishing a partnership with Laborers District Council/Local 135, reinforcing our commitment to:
-
Building a workforce that is diverse and truly reflects the makeup of our communities
-
Creating jobs for local residents and training for long lasting careers that pay family sustaining wages
-
Hiring Military Veterans through a program modeled after Operating Partner Beth Stavola’s existing medical cannabis businesses, which comprise 20% of all staff

Dedicated Community Partnership
Members of the EHG team have already created award-winning corporate responsibility programs, and we are fully committed to leveraging that expertise to give back with both our time and financial resources.
At each of our locations, we will:
-
Establish a community advisory panel comprising of representatives from community groups, state and local government, law enforcement, schools, medical facilities, and more, and convene them regularly to ensure consistent, open communication
-
Establish a non-profit foundation that makes financial resources available to community groups
-
Offer paid time off to employees for volunteer service

The Daily Review: Operation for growing, processing medical marijuana proposed for Sullivan County
James Loewenstein, April 18, 2017
“Our goal is to educate anyone who wants to know what the (medical marijuana) operation would be like” that might locate in the Mattern Building, which is currently owned by the county, said Sullivan County Commissioner Donna Iannone.
The Sullivan County commissioners and the Elemental Health Group of Conshohocken, Pa., have approved an agreement under which the county would sell the Mattern Building to the Elemental Health Group, Iannone said. However, the sale is contingent on the Elemental Health Group obtaining a grower/processor license for medical marijuana from the state.
