Minnie Baylor-Henry

Minnie V. Baylor-Henry is the President of B-Henry & Associates, a consulting firm focused on providing regulatory and compliance strategy services to life sciences companies.

 

Prior to her current role at B-Henry & Associates, she was the Worldwide Vice-President of Regulatory Affairs for Johnson & Johnson’s Medical Devices & Diagnostics business, where she was directly responsible for coordinating the regulatory strategy for the approval of a wide portfolio of products globally, from contact lens to sterilization products. 

 

Baylor-Henry was also a National Director for Regulatory & Capital Markets Consulting at Deloitte & Touche from 2009-2011, with a successful practice that focused on regulatory life sciences; Vice President of Medical and Regulatory Affairs at Johnson & Johnson from 2004-2008; and National Health Fraud Coordinator, Director of the Division of Drug Marketing, Advertising, and Communications at the U.S. FDA. 

 

Baylor-Henry is recognized as a leader in the area of food and drug laws and regulations. She previously chaired the Board of Directors for the Food and Drug Law Institute (FDLI).  She was a past President and Chair of the Board for the Drug Information Association (DIA) and also serves on the Advisory Board for the College of Pharmacy at Howard University and the Board of Directors for The Partnership, Inc. in Boston.

 

Baylor-Henry received her pharmacy degree from Howard University’s College of Pharmacy and her law degree from Catholic University’s Columbus School of Law.
