Donald Phillips served as a Trustee at University of the Sciences for over 18 years and serves as Vice President of the Northern Liberties Association for over 25 years. Donald has worked with many non-profit and community-based organizations as a director or as an officer in an effort to positively affect communities.

As a Trustee at University of the Sciences, Donald worked on the team that transitioned The Philadelphia College of Pharmacy and Science to a University. He worked to add several doctoral programs, ran successful capital campaigns, and continues to serve on various board committees. As an officer and director of the Northern Liberties Association, Donald transitioned the once-small Neighborhood Action Center to a large Civic Association. He worked to create a park from a 3.5-acre lot and continues to see growth through a self-funded community center.

Donald Phillips has also served as a director or officer at the Health Promotion Council of SE Pennsylvania, The Pharmaceutical Advertising Council, The Pennsylvania Society of Hospital Pharmacists, The Young Great Society, The Center for Proper Medication Use, the Healthcare Communications and Marketing Association, Saint Andrew’s Society of Philadelphia, The Union League of Philadelphia, The Philadelphia College of Physicians, Medical Advertising Hall of Fame, Pennsylvania Medical Care Foundation, and Trustee Group for Pennsylvania Pharmacy.
